Water-cooled screw chiller unit
◆The heart of the most efficient semi-hermetic compressor unit—the imported high-quality screw compressor, featuring a 5:6 ultra-efficient helical rotor that delivers 20–30% higher energy efficiency than conventional compressors. It offers reliable operation, high efficiency, easy maintenance, precise energy control, and a wide range of applications. Key features include: 1) the latest asymmetric rotor tooth profile twin-screw design; 2) four-stage or stepless control systems; 3) a built-in differential-pressure oil supply and lubrication system; and 4) low vibration and low noise levels. ◆Microcomputer-based precise temperature control: the unit’s microcomputer controller is equipped with an extra-large touchscreen LCD display, providing a user-friendly, fully Chinese-language human–machine interface for automated front-end control. The LCD screen instantly displays the machine’s operating status, enabling precise monitoring to ensure the unit always runs at optimal performance. The touch panel is tightly sealed, offering excellent water-, dust-, and corrosion-resistance, with long-lasting key life. ◆Stepwise and infinitely variable energy control: for typical refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, the unit can be equipped with a 100%, 75%, 50%, or 25% stepwise energy control system, which maximizes energy savings under partial-load conditions. For applications requiring precise water-temperature control, infinitely variable energy control can be installed on all models upon customer request. High operational efficiency is further ensured by the use of high-efficiency internally threaded tubes from Kobe, Japan, in combination with a highly efficient screw compressor, guaranteeing superior performance. To prevent any operational failures, the chiller is also equipped with the following protective and auxiliary components: compressor protection timer, overcurrent relay, compressor motor temperature sensor, freeze-protection thermostat, sight glass, oil heater, compressor reverse-rotation protection relay, exhaust-overtemperature protection, safety valve, and fusible plug.
◆Air-cooled screw chiller units use air as the cooling and heating source and water as the chilled and hot water medium, making them integrated temperature-control equipment that can serve both cooling and heating applications. Owing to their high efficiency, low noise, rational design, simple operation, safe running, and convenient installation and maintenance, these units are widely used in public facilities such as hotels, shopping malls, office buildings, exhibition halls, airports, and sports stadiums, while also meeting the diverse temperature-control requirements of industries including electronics, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, light industry and textiles, chemicals, metallurgy, power generation, and machinery. ◆The units are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with national industry standards, employing carefully selected world-renowned compressors, fans, and refrigerant control components. Through rational and systemically optimized matching design, the units can effectively perform heat exchange even under ambient temperatures above –10°C, making them particularly suitable for regions with scarce water resources—especially areas where winter temperatures are relatively low and no boiler or other heating systems are available. ◆The units feature high-efficiency heat exchangers, along with advanced and specialized structural designs and system configurations. They can be directly installed on rooftops or other outdoor locations with good ventilation, eliminating the need for a dedicated machine room and thereby saving building space. Comprehensive protection features are incorporated, including temperature protection switches, overload relays, high- and low-pressure safety switches, three-phase protectors, freeze-protection switches, and delayed-start devices, all of which ensure the safe and reliable operation of the main unit. The compact and aesthetically pleasing exterior adopts a “W”-shaped coil design, maximizing space utilization while minimizing overall footprint, enabling the unit to withstand harsh outdoor climatic conditions and maintain excellent performance throughout its service life.
