Water-Cooled Chiller KIC-50W


The “Kolnai” series of industrial chillers can deliver chilled water at temperatures ranging from 3°C to 30°C, with special low-temperature models capable of producing ice water as cold as –25°C (with a temperature differential of no more than ±1°C). These water-cooled chillers offer cooling capacities from 8,514 to 163,400 kcal/h (equivalent to compressor powers from 3 to 60 HP) and are widely applicable across various industries. For instance, in the plastics industry—such as injection molding and vacuum forming—chillers precisely control mold temperatures, thereby shortening cycle times, accelerating product stabilization, preventing deformation and shrinkage, enhancing surface finish, and improving light transmission. They are also ideal for cooling spindle lubricating oils and hydraulic fluids in CNC machines, coordinate boring mills, grinders, machining centers, modular machine tools, and other precision machine tools, enabling precise oil-temperature control, effectively reducing thermal deformation, and improving machining accuracy. In addition, these chillers are suitable for use in electroplating, food processing, dyeing and bleaching, and other industries as well.
